Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead high-budget digital marketing campaigns for international clients. This role requires strong management and strategic skills, with a focus on maximizing ROI and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns with budgets of $50,000-$100,000/month.
  • Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (media, content, technical) to drive higher conversions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).
  • Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization.
  • Preferred: Experience managing international campaigns or working in an agency environment.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
