Enterprise Commerce Growth Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Leader to drive the growth of our enterprise commerce business. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the enterprise commerce space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mapping and Segmentation: Identify and analyze market segments, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in relevant field, having dealt with large customers in the Enterprise Commerce space.
- Experience in Merchant Acquiring and Partnerships is a must.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with ability to create win-win partnerships.
- Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
