Interior Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Designer to bring creative vision and expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on diverse projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
  • Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, drawings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
  • Manage junior designers, set design directions, and monitor progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.
