Interior Design Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned interior designer to spearhead our team's design efforts. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke designs based on conversations with clients.

  • To drive sales growth and closure.
  • To deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To oversee and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To manage end-to-end project execution.

Essential Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an interior designer.
  • Prior success in leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects (2-4).
  • Proficiency in design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), civil works & services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in creating bills of quantity (BoQ) for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in driving sales closure through logical & trusted sales pitches, leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioral attributes of result-driven, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
