Job Description

As a key member of the Accor team, the Reservation Executive plays a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of guest history and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Monitor and manage hotel occupancy and room availability to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately record and track corporate account numbers to monitor business generated through respective companies.
  • Implement effective overbooking strategies to minimize no-shows and maximize revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain and update corporate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date guest information.
Business Planning and Analysis
  • Contribute to the development of occupancy forecasts for annual budgets.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
Team Management
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management required.

Additional Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional presentation and grooming at all times.
