Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy marketing automation specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems and marketing automation platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing automated workflows, and driving campaign performance through tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting while ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for process improvement, and experience in leveraging CRM and automation to support business growth in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3-4 years of proven experience in CRM management and marketing automation, preferably in the IT Services or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, PowerBI, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
