Job Title: Process Excellence Associate

The Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to contribute effectively in communication, content creation, and process structuring.

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), email communication, and team training support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and structure SOPs for internal processes.
  • Write and edit professional emails, content, and communication material.
  • Assist in preparing training material and contribute to team training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Maintain documentation and support in creating knowledge repositories.
  • Provide support in process improvements and operational execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good at content writing and professional drafting.
  • Ability to create SOPs and process documents.
  • Skilled in email writing and formal communication.
  • Should have the capability and confidence to train and guide team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
