Main Responsibilities:- Data extraction, entry, and quality assurance for healthcare datasets.
- Collaboration in developing market definitions including NDC, ICD, and disease-related coding.
- Comprehensive HCP profiling using secondary research methodologies.
- Data validation to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Cross-functional team collaboration to improve data extraction, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Project management of data extraction and analysis projects ensuring timely delivery.
- Data analysis and presentation of findings to internal teams and clients.
- Engagement with medical societies, conferences, associations, and PAGs for research insights.
- Strategic planning for medical data projects aligning with business objectives.
- Domain expertise across multiple disease areas enhancing data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration with global teams on high-impact healthcare research projects.
- Compliance with regulatory standards in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, clinical trial data, and healthcare coding systems.
- Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Effective collaboration skills across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders.
- B.Pharma Degree preferred but not mandatory.
