Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our crew.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI and Django frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and deploy microservices from scratch with a focus on reliability and performance.
  • Determine the optimal storage solutions for each project, balancing use case requirements and industry best practices.
  • Optimize server performance by prioritizing low latency and high throughput.
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and debugging strategies utilizing industry-standard tools.
  • Cultivate expertise in asynchronous programming and Python internals, including the Global Interpreter Lock (GIL).
  • Collaborate closely with frontend teams and contribute to cross-functional projects when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development with FastAPI and Django.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and Python's internal workings.
  • Deep comprehension of database design principles, including relational and non-relational database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling techniques.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, and ELK Stack.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
