Digital Advertising Specialist

As a specialist in paid online advertising, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through targeted campaigns.
This role is part of our digital marketing team based in Hyderabad, focusing on driving customer engagement and conversions for leading developers and architects.
Key Responsibilities:- Paid Campaign Management: We plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.
- Performance Analysis: Implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking.
- Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage existing leads and create segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position.
- Local SEO & Competitor Research: Enhance local visibility by optimizing listings and tracking their performance. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and keyword opportunities.
- Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals and provide feedback to improve forms and landing pages.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and fostering collaboration for successful campaign execution.
