About Automation Specialist in eDiscovery:

Key Responsibilities
  • We're looking for someone with proficiency in industry-standard platforms such as Relativity and iConect.
  • This role involves managing 2 simultaneous projects across multiple clients, depending on client and project size.
  • The ideal candidate will be a client-facing professional, providing daily status reports and metrics to Project Managers.
  • Responsibilities include creating review, breach review, and QC workflows in conjunction with Project Managers; implementing these workflows.
  • Another key responsibility is performing QA on batches released by team members, identifying error trends and creating remedial actions.
  • Collaboration with Team Leaders on queries and providing technical guidance to MDR and CIR TLs is essential.
  • Developing STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and run analytics for projects are critical tasks.
  • Metric analysis and quality assurance of reviewed data are also required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery is necessary.
  • At least 1+ year of experience as an APM, with a legal support/technical background required.
  • Technical expertise including SharePoint and Advanced Excel is mandatory.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills are expected.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements is desirable.
