About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and business growth. The role involves cultivating client relationships, driving sales, and unlocking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster direct engagement with domestic and international clients hiring remote IT professionals.
  • Nurture long-term consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
  • Drive outbound sales through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
  • Understand client requirements including skillsets, engagement models, project timelines, and team size.
  • Present available talent across technologies, highlighting their value to client projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client coordination.
  • Manage an updated sales pipeline and document client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Apply solution-selling techniques to address client needs with tailored IT staffing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation (domestic or international).
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and client needs.
  • Experience in selling IT services, remote developer services, or contract staffing solutions.
  • Proven success in consultative sales, client engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
