  • Develop the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages.
  • Design and implement software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Write well-designed, testable code and ensure it is thoroughly tested before deployment.
  • Determine operational feasibility and develop specifications to support software delivery.
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system and deploy programs to users.
  • Document and maintain software functionality, troubleshoot and debug existing systems, and evaluate user feedback to inform future software development.
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of software products.
">Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a software engineer/analyst or similar roles.
  • Experience designing interactive applications and developing software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies, as well as proficiency in software engineering tools.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications, and experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework.
  • Test-driven development expertise and proficiency in software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
