Claims Analyst Job Description

The Claims Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end claims analysis, verifying policy and claims documents, setting up and processing claims payments, and submitting and tracking claims. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of P&C insurance principles.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the London Insurance Market and possess analytical and reporting skills on Excel. Comfortable working from the office with rotational shifts is a must.

  • End to End Claims Analysis
  • Verify Policy/Claims Documents
  • Claims Setup and Payment Processing
  • Claims Submission and Tracking
  • Correspond with Involved Claim Parties
  • Develop and Maintain Claims Communication
  • Maintain Records of Activities
  • Manage Day to Day Production and Ensure SLAs are Met
  • Knowledge of Up-stream and Down-stream Processes of Claims and How They Are Linked with Each Other
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills on Excel
  • Team Player with a Ready to Learn Approach
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Contribute towards Process Improvements through Brainwaves
Qualifications
  • Any Graduate Degree
  • Strong Understanding of P&C Insurance Principles
  • Must Have London Insurance Market Claims Experience 2-5 Years
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Comfortable Working from the Office and with Rotational Shifts
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
