
Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Professional to oversee daily office operations and manage tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, time-management, and communication skills. They should be proficient in MS Office and able to prioritize work effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration tasks, including records, reports, and databases.
- Maintain organized files, track correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
- Handle office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Avoided Work:
- No contact with external parties during working hours.
Main Activities:
- Only dealt with executives internally within the organization.
Our Expectations:
- The candidate should be familiar with cloud-based applications like Google workspace.
Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be proactive in addressing any issues that may arise.
