Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent to meet our workforce needs.

This full-time on-site position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer management. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
  • Conducting market research to identify top talent
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a self-motivated approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Familiarity with the technology industry is an advantage
