We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team and contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Role: Business Solutions Consultant

Experience: 3+ years

Working Model: Hybrid

Notice Period Required: Immediate to 1 Month

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Insights Development
  • Analyze business requirements and develop data-driven insights for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  1. Requirements Translation & Prioritization
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
  • Prioritize AI/ML use cases based on business goals and resource availability.
  1. Business Case Development
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI projects.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. Ai Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
