Job Description

We seek a visionary leader in design to spearhead our creative team and shape our visual narrative. You'll orchestrate strategy, conjure high-conversion visuals, and leverage psychology-driven design to optimize performance across every funnel stage. From concept to execution, you'll merge creativity with marketing acumen to effect lasting change.

The Day-to-Day Imperative:
  • Make an impact with design – Create visually captivating assets that resonate and convert.
  • Test, refine, and optimize – Develop A/B test variations to amplify campaign efficacy.
  • Translate briefs into results – Convert client requests into strategic, high-impact design solutions.

  • Present design concepts and strategic recommendations with confidence in client meetings.
  • Stay ahead of the curve – Keep pace with design trends, platform specs, and emerging tools.
  • Support and nurture growth – Mentor junior designers and aid in their creative development.

What Qualifications Do We Seek?

  • Proven experience in performance-driven graphic design – 4+ years.
  • A portfolio that showcases exceptional talent – Highlight your best work in social media, digital ads, and branding.
  • Mastery of design tools – Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma should be second nature.
  • Marketing savvy – Understand funnels, user behaviour, and how design drives action.
