About This Position

As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in designing and maintaining our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide support for Windows endpoint management in a distributed environment.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging, endpoint security, and automation of operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement), Troubleshooting & remote management, and experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
