Job Title: Financial Assets Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Assets Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering assets, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across various investment products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Gathering: Responsible for acquiring assets for mutual funds, PMS, AIF, corporate fixed deposits, and other investment products.
  • Target Achievement: Meet Net Equalized Assets collected (LS) targets for the mapped client book.
  • New Business Development: Create incremental SIP books and achieve new business development targets by reactivating or activating new clients.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients (2-3 meetings per day within your territory) and maintain strong connections with all mapped asset clients of the branch.
  • Revenue Growth: Increase Assets Under Management (AUM), SIP Flow, and Revenue from the mapped book.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new clients and activate them with asset collection.

This role requires a combination of sales, relationship-building, and analytical skills to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
