Public Affairs Consultant

The organization seeks a professional with expertise in public affairs to manage its communication with the public, media, and institutions.
This role involves designing, executing, and evaluating communication programs and public information campaigns that advance the organization's goals and public understanding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage various stakeholders.
- Representing the organization at institutions, policy meetings, civic events, and community gatherings.
- Advising management on policy formulation, assessing potential public reactions, and assisting in articulating policy statements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, social media materials, and newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting research, analyzing public opinion, and preparing impact assessments and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Organizing outreach activities, educational initiatives, facility tours, public events, and emergency preparedness communications.
Requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills for public, media, and internal audiences. Strategic thinking and advocacy skills are also essential for driving organizational interests in complex stakeholder environments.
Requirements- Postgraduate degree in Public Affairs or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
