We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to craft compelling visual narratives that communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-impact visuals for reports, brochures, presentations, social media, websites, newsletters, and print collateral. They will also translate complex information into clear and engaging visuals, develop and maintain design templates and brand assets for consistent communication, and support campaign launches with cohesive design materials across digital platforms.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to collaborate closely with product designers and research teams to bring complex ideas to life through infographics, pitch decks, marketing assets, social media visuals, reports, and brand storytelling. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Required skills and qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in communication, visual, or graphic design roles, a strong portfolio showcasing design for digital and print media, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Figma), excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
