Key Responsibilities:

Gaining Business Insights: Participate in rotational assignments across different departments (e.g., sales/Presales/Marketing)

Supporting Daily Operations: Assist department managers in daily operations and project execution

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions

Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency

Training and Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop managerial skills

Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving: Support management in strategic planning and problem-solving

Idea Generation: Contribute ideas for business growth and innovation

Presentation and Documentation: Prepare presentations and documentation for management review

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and business software
