Solution Delivery Lead Job Summary

As a seasoned implementation professional, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding our delivery teams to achieve success in their work. This position involves managing a large portfolio of key customer accounts, overseeing the solution delivery cycle end-to-end, and ensuring optimal solution design that meets clients' business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor delivery teams to optimize their performance.
  • Manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts, delivering and configuring solutions for each account.
  • Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to meet project timelines and ensure the best interests of customers are met.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, prepare test scripts, training materials, and maintain required checklists.
  • Oversee overall solution delivery, stakeholder management, and customer management.
  • Engage with various levels, including PMO, C-levels, IT, and operation heads at the customer end during engagement.
  • Share best practices by providing product consulting and business consulting (as required) based on domain, industry, or region of the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at enterprise level.
  • Expertise in business processes, knowledge on system development, process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
