Healthcare Solutions Expert

We are dedicated to bridging healthcare gaps through innovative digital pathology solutions.

The ideal candidate will leverage business acumen and technical expertise to lead Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with pathology teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Experience in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is essential, as well as strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP).

Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) – Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard – is required.

Digital pathology workflow experience is a strong asset.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
