Job Title:

Senior Structural Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our structural project team in delivering high-quality services across various projects. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and technical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from concept through completion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the structural team to ensure compliance with international and local standards.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design Development: Oversee the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures, ensuring optimized structural systems and materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters, participating in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.
