We are seeking a skilled Senior Statistical Programmer Lead to join our team at Elanco. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom programming code using SAS or other software to generate tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets as specified in the protocol/statistical analysis plan.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Perform validation programming and collaborate with other Programmers, Biostatisticians, and project team members to resolve discrepancies or findings.
- Keep project team members informed of programming progress and issues requiring their attention.
- Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects, set goals based on priorities from management, and adapt to timeline or priority changes by reorganizing daily workload.
You will be working closely with global statisticians and implementing recommendations locally. To succeed in this role, you should have experience with current technologies and available tools for conducting analyses, as well as the ability to ensure scientific integrity and animal welfare in all activities.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs.
