About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API development, deployment, and security. Strong proficiency in Python, knowledge of HTTP protocols, and experience with Git version control are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization for APIs.
  • Create and manage data validation models using Pydantic.
  • Work with HTTP protocols and optimize request/response handling.
  • Deploy and manage backend applications using Uvicorn or Gunicorn.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI (endpoints, middleware, security, auth).
  • Proficiency in Pydantic for schema validation and data handling.
  • Solid understanding of HTTP protocols (REST, headers, status codes).
  • Experience deploying applications with Gunicorn or Uvicorn.
  • Good knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
