Senior Academic Manager Position

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Academic Manager to oversee and manage academic operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality of academic delivery, efficient coordination between stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure all tasks assigned to coordinators are completed accurately and on time.
    • Monitor daily distribution of homework to students and address gaps in process.
    • Track tests conducted and ensure test sheets are updated promptly and accurately.
  • Data Management and Coordination:
    • Maintain and update academic student database to reflect current information.
    • Collaborate with accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to new students.
    • Maintain clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators.
    • Communicate with teachers and parents when required to address concerns or provide updates.
  • Resource Management:
    • Share resource materials with teachers and students.
    • Search for and procure books or materials that align with student needs.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Work closely with teachers to maintain highest standards of academic delivery.
    • Monitor overall academic experience to ensure productive and enjoyable learning journey for students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations with confidence.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus.
