Job Title

We are seeking a diligent and organized Trainee Site Coordinator to assist with documentation, daily reporting, and coordination at the construction site. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in construction project coordination and site administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Maintain and organize all site-related paperwork including challans, delivery notes, gate passes, and contractor attendance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and update daily material inward outward registers in Excel, maintain daily site progress reports (DPR) as per input from engineers or supervisors, support with preparation of weekly and monthly reports for internal tracking.
  • Material Labour Coordination: Collect daily challans from vendors and ensure timely submission to accounts, maintain labour attendance sheets and track vendor deployment data, support engineers with basic follow-ups on deliveries or material movement.
  • Support Coordination: Help coordinate with vendors and logistics for smooth delivery and documentation, assist the site engineer in any general administrative or coordination tasks, ensure records are updated and available during inspections or site visits.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Graduate or Diploma preferably in Civil, Construction, Administration, Basic knowledge of MS Excel and document handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized, willingness to work full-time on construction site, good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Preferred Traits:

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of site coordination, ability to multitask and support site teams under tight timelines, punctual and responsible with paperwork handling.

Job Details:

Pay: ₹ 10,000.00 - ₹ 20,000.00 per month.
