Construction Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Supervision & Execution**
- Independently oversee the execution of all civil and structural work at the site.
- Monitor daily work progress, quality standards, and adherence to design and safety protocols.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure work is completed on schedule.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare, maintain, and submit site-related documents such as work permits, measurement sheets, material inspection reports, and DPRs.
- Ensure all required documentation for statutory approvals is compiled and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of materials received and consumed, work done, and manpower deployed.

**Vendor & Contractor Management**
- Supervise contractors and ensure timely completion of their scope of work.
- Verify quality of materials and workmanship delivered by external vendors.
- Track work completion against milestones; raise alerts for delays or bottlenecks.
- Assist in vendor billing verification and certification.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are strictly followed on site.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or 12th Pass.
- **Experience**: 12-15 years in site execution, preferably in industrial/factory/residential projects.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, planning workflows, and executing finishing/detailing.
- Strong command over vendor handling, labor management, and material planning.

- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to be based full-time at the site location.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
