About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Designer to help shape the UX strategy for our platform's most critical workflows.

  • Design end-to-end workflows across complex enterprise systems including media planning, campaign setup, trafficking, CRM management, and order fulfillment.
  • Translate product and business goals into elegant, intuitive UI/UX designs across both external and internal tools.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs and documentation to support implementation at scale.
  • Build and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across our tools and platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.
  • Define design success metrics, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and effective tools that empower marketers, ad ops, and sales teams.
  2. Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  3. Develop user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  5. Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products.
  • Strong background in design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
