Job Summary:

The Material Data Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality material master data within SAP HANA. This position ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across supply chain, procurement, finance, and production functions.

  • Create new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  • Maintain Master data for Material Master Data.
  • Utilize SAP MDO Tool to create new code VERP, ROH , HAWA for enhanced data quality.
  • Worked on Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools for Workflow Testing for Material Creation, extension, and Change.
  • Manage Material Master Change activity, Material Availability check in system, Material Stock Checking and stock transfer.
  • Transfer materials using MIGO.
  • Train end users on Material Activities like creation, change, Extension.
  • Provide production data to create master data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  • Work according to tasks and roles assigned; understand business exigency and support business by working extended hours.
  • Prepare various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  • Adhere to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.
Key Responsibilities:

SAP HANA - The analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining material master data within SAP HANA.

Material Master Data - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across supply chain, procurement, finance, and production functions.

MDM MIS and Dashboard - Prepare various reports on daily/weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP HANA and MDO Tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Possess relevant certifications in SAP HANA and MDO Tools.
