Job Overview

As a Model Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our pricing and risk measurement models.

Using your expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, you will validate these models while communicating with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Validation: Perform thorough analyses to validate our pricing and risk measurement models, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure model validation results are accurately communicated.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive model validation documentation and reports for stakeholders and approvers.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in using or developing models in the financial industry.
  • Education: A graduate from a top-tier university in fields like physics, engineering, or equivalent/ higher education.
  • Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and basic risk management principles.
  • AI Skills: Ability to implement artificial intelligence technologies and adapt to new tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience in financial markets as a trader, structurer, or quantitative analyst.
  • Cross-Cultural Experience: Experience working or living in a global environment.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using Excel, VBA, and capable of creating documents in English using LaTeX, Word, etc.
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled in creating presentation materials using PowerPoint.
