As a memory layout engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and optimize custom memories for high-performance and low-power applications. Your expertise in layout design will be utilized to create efficient and scalable memory solutions.

  • Familiarity with SRAM and Register Files is essential
  • Experience in working closely with circuit designers to understand schematics and translate them into optimized layouts

A good understanding of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints is required. Additionally, you should have experience in debugging physical verification checks such as DRC, LVS, ERC, and reliability checks EM and IR.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced process nodes 5nm and below and possess scripting experience in SKILL, Python, or TCL. Experience in custom-based memories or compiler-based memories is a must. Exposure to high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques is also preferred.
