Senior Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support our programs and operations across West Bengal. This role involves coordinating between multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with our vision and culture.

  • Program Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, break them into manageable tasks, and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-backed action plans.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with the team to create effective go-to-market plans for new initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities: This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles. B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates (preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges) with proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking). Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is an advantage.
