Information Technology Networking Specialist

This role involves being a key member of the network team responsible for the administration of network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network and security devices.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the entire CCIL IFSC Data Centre network and security infrastructure as well as LAN. This includes maintaining 100% uptime of the DC; WAN and LAN network, supporting BCP drills and defining network and security policies, procedures and RARTPs.
Apart from these duties, the candidate will be responsible for handling internal as well as external audits for processes related to the Network and Security infrastructure, closure of VA/PT related observations to Network and Security devices, capacity management of network and Security devices, review of change management for any new requirement or changes in existing network and Security infrastructure, vendor management and designing and upgrading the Network and Security infrastructure of CCIL IFSC.
The job requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be required to stretch and extend beyond normal working hours/days as per business needs.
- Maintain 100% uptime of CCIL IFSC DC; WAN and LAN network.
- Manage entire Network and Security infrastructure of CCIL IFSC Data Centre as well as LAN.
- Support BCP drills.
- Defining network and security policies, procedures and RARTPs.
- Handling all Internal as well as external audits for processes related to the Network and Security infrastructure.
- Closure of VA/PT related observation to Network and Security devices.
- Capacity management of network and Security devices.
