Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned wireless network specialist to join our team. As a key member of our network operations group, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive WLAN validation surveys across multiple frequency bands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detailed WLAN Validation Surveys: Conduct thorough WLAN validation surveys across 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands, ensuring optimal network performance and coverage.
  • Deliverable Generation and Sharing: Generate and share deliverables, including raw project files, heatmaps, interference maps, AP placement verification, photos, and final validation reports.
  • Mandatory Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with the Microsoft Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC) before deployment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess experience in wireless network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of WLAN technologies, including RF propagation, antenna selection, and signal strength analysis.

A strong background in network security is also essential, as you will be working with sensitive company data. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
