Job Title: AI Engineer for Large Language Models

A seasoned AI Engineer is needed to work with Large Language Models, design agent-based pipelines, and deploy scalable AI services that integrate seamlessly with enterprise cloud environments.

This technical role requires a deep understanding of LLM frameworks, Python-based AI development, and secure cloud-based deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML and LLM-based solution development, including Gen AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and embedding-based retrieval.

  • Design and develop Python-based Gen AI services using frameworks like Lang Chain and Crew AI.
  • Tune prompts using temperature, top_p, and max_tokens with Open AI, Claude, Bard, Azure Open AI, and other models.
  • Implement techniques to reduce hallucinations using FAISS, Pinecone, and other vector stores.
  • Fine-tune embeddings, implement hybrid search, and optimize vector-based retrieval performance across enterprise datasets.
  • Develop scalable, secure REST APIs for Gen AI services with OAuth2, JWT, and proper rate limiting/access control.
  • Packaging and deploying services using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
