About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI solutions across various domains. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for various business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and accuracy.
  • Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs and cloud platforms.
  • Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
  • Document processes, models, and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
  • Knowledge of data engineering and pipeline development.
  • Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects.
