Project Manager

Job Overview:

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day project operations within a specific vertical, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Production.

This role focuses on managing production tasks from initial brief to final asset delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

  • Task Coordination: Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve operational issues.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
