Quality Assurance Lead

This position oversees the Quality Management System within operations and labs.

The Quality Assurance Lead ensures compliance with regulatory requirements across all testing, inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop implement monitor QMS ensure compliance to requirements of:
  • ISO/IEC 17025 ISO 9001
  • Accreditation/approval bodies.
  • Monitor ensure management system is implemented in various departments appraise management on its effectiveness.
  • Lead quality audits internal external manage corrective/preventive actions CAPA.
  • Register customer complaints resolve investigation root cause analysis.
  • Train staff QMS requirements quality procedures testing standards.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks tests carried out LAB appropriate tools retest Inter-laboratory Intra-laboratory proficiency tests etc.

Control management system documents LAB.

Liaise accreditation/approval/regulatory bodies regarding compliance approval.

Review approve issue quality management system documents.

Improve management system identify deviation management system procedure performing tests initiate action prevent minimize deviation.

  • Coordinate supervise quality inspection testing activities under ISO 9001 ISO 17025.
  • Collaborate laboratory teams ensure participation PT ILC calibration maintenance instruments.
