We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated medical professional to provide top-notch medical care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services in an outpatient setting, emergency situations, and first aid medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive OPD services, including routine check-ups, diagnostic procedures, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Performing minor medical procedures that can be done in a health centre, under the guidance of senior doctors.
  • Coordinating with referral hospitals and government institutions for providing holistic healthcare services, ensuring seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Procuring regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment after following established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
  • Periodic review of medicine stock, medical equipment, and reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimal waste.
  • Supervising medical records documentation, first aid boxes maintenance, and ambulance condition to guarantee the highest standards of patient care.
  • Supervising medical staff, ambulance drivers, and conducting regular training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Providing First Aid training to security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers to equip them with essential life-saving skills.
  • Conducting health awareness programs, organizing medical camps, blood donation drives, and other community-based initiatives to promote public health and wellbeing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
