Telehealth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telehealth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality tele-consultations to elderly patients with multiple chronic conditions, mobility issues, or age-related concerns.

The role involves guiding patients on long-term care, medication management, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments. You will also review patient records, issue secure digital prescriptions, and ensure compassionate, holistic, and ethical geriatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on geriatric care, including long-term care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Review patient records and issue secure digital prescriptions in a timely manner.
• Be available for per-minute calls, scheduled sessions, and family consultations to provide seamless care.
• Maintain a high level of compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.

Requirements:

• MBBS + MD / DNB in Geriatrics / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine with a strong focus on elderly care.
• Valid medical registration in India.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in geriatric or elderly-focused practice.
• Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and digital tools.
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an asset).
