**About the Role:**

We're seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with expertise in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. You'll be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving technical problems, and maintaining accurate records of service requests.

We're looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses excellent communication skills. You'll need to be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you'll work closely with our IT leadership team to develop and implement departmental guidelines and operating procedures. You'll also be responsible for analyzing and verifying statistical information within our ITSM tool to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and provide regular updates to clients
  • Analyze and verify statistical information within our ITSM tool to ensure data integrity
  • Develop and implement departmental guidelines and operating procedures
  • Work closely with our IT leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs (optional)
