Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to build and scale our Checkout EMI product at Lazypay. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate merchant partners, establish operating and commercial frameworks, and manage end-to-end integration of the product into partner platforms. You'll also own the P&L responsibility for the Checkout EMI product and help achieve overall budgeted numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate merchant partners for offering checkout EMI and establish operating and commercial frameworks
- Work with internal teams to manage end-to-end integration of checkout EMI product into partner platforms
- Owning the P&L responsibility for Checkout EMI product and helping achieve overall budgeted numbers
- Working closely with business analysts and risk teams to understand overall performance of the product and develop pricing and line strategy
- Collaborating with marketing team to drive adoption and increase usage
- Managing leadership updates for Checkout EMI product
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business/portfolio roles with at least 2-3 years in managing a lending product
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines for NBFCs in India
- Good understanding of the overall fintech and lending ecosystem in India
- Experience with partner management and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-driven decision making and understanding of profitability levers for a lending product
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute
