Oracle EPCM Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPCM professional to join our team. As an Oracle EPCM expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle EPCM solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPCM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will be working with complex technical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and configuring Oracle EPCM modules to meet client requirements
  • Configuring and customizing EPCM modules to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Providing expert-level technical knowledge of Oracle EPCM to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Managing data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPCM and integrating it with other systems
  • Ensuring that the EPCM solution aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives
  • Implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM from designing allocation rules to building custom rules and fine-tuning for performance
  • Working on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management

Required qualifications include:

  • MBA Finance/Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a computer or IT-related subject
  • 10+ years of experience in EPM/PCM administration, design, analysis, development, and support
  • Strong experience in PBCS Business Rules - Design, Development, and Performance Tuning
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of rules and rulesets in PCM
  • Data management skills to create data load rules, mappings, and loading of data

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience in metadata integration with EDMCS and custom files for EPM modules
  • Good understanding of audit trail and balancing reports for allocations
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
  • Lead teams under pressure to achieve daily deadlines for client deliverables
  • Flexible to work long hours overlapping with EST, CST, and PST working hours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
