Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Site Engineer to lead the execution and planning of electrical projects at our location in Dahej, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with design teams to review technical documents and drawings for electrical projects.
  2. Inspect and test electrical panels, motors, earthing pits, and distribution boards to ensure quality standards.
  3. Verify Bills of Quantity (BOQs) and oversee material procurement to guarantee timely delivery.
  4. Keep project teams and management informed about work progress, plans, budgets, and overall status through regular updates.
  5. Moderate weekly and daily meetings with project managers and contractors to resolve site-related issues and facilitate electrical activities.
  6. Efficiently coordinate and schedule electrical tasks, manage contractor relationships, and execute projects to meet deadlines.
  7. Optimize manpower utilization to achieve timely project completion.
  8. Maintain a strong focus on safety aspects while adhering to EHS requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Create as-built drawings based on site conditions to ensure accurate documentation.
  10. Accurately certify material reconciliation statements, supply and installation RA bills, and final bills.
  11. Erect bus ducts and create earthing pits, grid earthing for all panels, DBs, and electrical panels, utility and process equipment earthing, etc.
  12. Strategically manage critical spare parts inventory.
  13. Regularly undertake preventive and predictive maintenance work for electrical and equipment to prevent downtime.
  14. Prepare and submit final handover work completion certificates upon project completion.
  15. Install power and lighting transformers, DG sets, HT/LT panels, PCC panels, iMCC panels, LDBs, PDBs, LPs, ELPs, and batteries.
