The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Organising data and generating in-depth customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to achieve the overall business objective.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in the car rental sector, including corporate clients and travel agencies.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Scheduling and conducting sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of rental agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
- Preparing and presenting car rental contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Providing pricing and contract support to the sales team by offering high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions, and coordinating accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with existing clients.

- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, preferably in the Transport & Logistics and Hospitality industry.
- Working knowledge of corporate sales and car rental sales.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
- Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
