About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Strategy Director to lead our growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth through data analysis, strategic planning, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic, lead generation, and CRM to revenue attribution.
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and whitespace areas for growth.
    • Develop mini-strategies for growth experiments, including new geographies, verticals, or customer segments.
    • Prepare concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations:
    • Own CRM automations, including lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, and integrations.
    • Manage sales reporting and dashboards to ensure visibility into KPIs across teams.
    • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project & Program Management:
    • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
    • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
    • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects from ideation to results tracking.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
